In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ink79" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the ink79 online gaming and sports betting platform operated at https://ink79.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ink79 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with ink79.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and any other wagering or entertainment products made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other incentive credited to a User's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a User from their own financial resources, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering volume a User must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used as the default reference for all ink79 operational purposes.

Access to and use of the ink79 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. ink79 applies the 21+ standard as an absolute minimum across all markets, including Indonesia.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits access to offshore online gambling services.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ink79 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or service providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by ink79 or any responsible gaming authority, at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

By registering an Account, you confirm that all eligibility conditions above are met and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the Services, you must create a single personal Account by completing the ink79 registration process. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account with ink79. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ink79 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Notify us promptly of any changes at [email protected].
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. ink79 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, ink79 requires all Users to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID / KTP or passport) and, in some cases, a selfie with the document. ink79 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending.
5. Account Suspension: ink79 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any prohibited conduct described herein.

All financial transactions on ink79 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. ink79 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are set out in the Payment Methods table on the homepage. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not held in the registered User's own name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times for Indonesian bank transfers are typically 15 to 60 minutes under normal conditions; however, first-time withdrawals from a newly KYC-verified account may take up to 24 hours. ink79 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal timeframe and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system maintenance windows.

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50.000 for standard bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are communicated within the platform. Users may request a limit review by contacting support.

4.4 Funds Origin. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is legally yours, is not derived from criminal activity, and does not violate any applicable anti-money laundering regulations. ink79 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant regulatory authorities under the terms of its operating license.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the ink79 Account holder.
• ink79 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawals.
• Unused deposits may be refunded to the originating payment method subject to KYC completion and a written request submitted to [email protected].

ink79 offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

1. One Welcome Bonus Per User: The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only, limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. For example, a Rp 200.000 bonus requires Rp 2.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
3. Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10–25%; sports betting markets contribute at the rate specified in the individual offer. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotions section of the Platform.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire and be forfeited automatically. ink79 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum withdrawal from winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds is capped at 5× the bonus amount credited.
6. Abuse & Fraud: ink79 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any activity that ink79 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports wagers — including football (bandar bola), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Odds are displayed at the time of placement and are final once a bet is confirmed. ink79 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by technical errors, data feed failures, or human input errors.

6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the individual game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, etc.) as described within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-round, the outcome of the round will be determined according to the result recorded on the game server at the time of disconnection, which shall be final.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation engines. Results are independently audited for fairness. Published RTP percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play RNG games is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Togel (Numbers Lottery) Markets. Togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery — is offered as a betting market on ink79. Draw results are sourced from publicly available official draw data. ink79's role is limited to accepting wagers and paying winnings based on published results; we do not conduct or control the underlying draws.

6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all product categories. These limits are communicated within the individual product interfaces. ink79 reserves the right to split large payouts across multiple transactions where operationally necessary.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ink79 platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21.
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit promotional terms, or any form of collusion with other Users or third parties.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of crime.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the ink79 platform, including its odds, data feeds, or software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ink79 staff or other Users via any communication channel.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, data, and other intellectual property on the ink79 platform are the exclusive property of ink79 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ink79's express prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily provide to ink79 regarding the Platform may be used by ink79 without restriction or compensation to you.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by ink79's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

ink79 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, financial transaction records, and device/usage data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with operational service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by our licensing obligations.

ink79 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account via the account settings panel.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a self-selected period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

ink79 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. We will use reasonable endeavors to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, ink79's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ink79's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 By ink79. ink79 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or at our sole discretion for any operational reason. In the event of termination for cause, any outstanding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds held in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations.

12.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

12.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect after Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink79 holds its operating license. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits ink79's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

For Indonesian Users: you acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position under Indonesian law, including the Public Gambling Act of 1867 and subsequent legislation. ink79 makes no representations regarding the legality of the Services in your specific jurisdiction. Compliance with local laws remains your sole responsibility.

ink79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ink79 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to review updated Terms.
